Ah. Finally the Tokena set is finished. My left pointer finger is showing the wear-and-tear from so much knitting with sharp pointy dpns. I knit these on wooden dpn's and went up to size 3.25 to get a gauge of 9 stitches per inch. I knit much looser with wooden needles but still needed larger than normal needles for this pattern. I am very glad I tried stranded knitting. And very glad it is DONE. Whew. Now the son has new socks and I am taking a sock-knitting break.
At least until Round 3.
